This blog is now built with Rust and deployed as a single binary.
I moved back to my home town a few months ago and have been getting used to living in a small town again.
Started my own freelancing company in January and have been working on getting clients and building up my skills and income.

This blog is now migrated from Next.js/Vercel to Go/Hetzner. I have been writing Go and Rust for personal projects lately and I rebuilt this site with both Go and Rust. Currently this hosted site is the one built with Go. I took a VPS from Hetzner and hosted the site there. I'll try to write more about the setup in the blog later.
I worked for a few months and I'm now taking my "summer" vacation to finally finish off my master's thesis which I have been extremely lazy to do.
Applying for new jobs. My contract with the university is ending at the end of this year so I'm applying for jobs in the industry. Would love to find a Go/Rust position.

I have been on study leave from work trying to finish my master's degree. I still have to write my master's thesis and then I'm done.
Migrated my email/calendar from Proton to Mailbox. Also deleted a bunch of unused accounts and backed up my data from those services.
Learning about self-hosting and backing up my systems and data.
Enjoying the last weeks of the Finnish summer and trying to get rid of the weight gained over the summer.
